PPG raised the equivalent of 11,089 meals during the 2024 Georgia Legal Food Frenzy competition, directly benefiting the Atlanta Community Food Bank. The Georgia Legal Food Frenzy is a two-week fundraiser competition, organized by the Office of the Attorney General, the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia, and the Georgia Food Bank Association, that supports local children and families in need. The event is open to all members of the legal community, and its proceeds are donated to regional food banks throughout the state of Georgia. Every $1 raised allows local food banks to dispense $8 worth of groceries into their respective communities.
“We are proud to participate in this worthy cause,” said Eli Monheit, Chief Operating Officer of PPG. “Summers can be tough for children who rely on free or reduced meals at school throughout the school year. We hope that our efforts will help relieve local families’ struggle to put food on their tables, as well as support the long-term needs of our food banks.”
Georgia's lawyers raised over $2 million for local food banks during the 13th annual Legal Food Frenzy, according to the
event website. Legal Food Frenzy’s continued success is due to the efforts of Pabst Patent Group and other legal entities in the Atlanta area and around the state.
